Luang Prabang Taveling

Laos

The ancient Kingdom of the Million Elephants, which become the Lao People Democratic Republic in 1975, is now open to tourism.
Every year some 1.000 000 travelers cross its borders, which still cannot compare with huge number of tourists spreading throughout neighboring Thailand. Let’s discover together the differences and originally which make up the charm of Laos.
It shares borders to the neighborhood countries such as Vietnam, Cambodia, China, Myanmar and Thailand.

As you known that Laos is a small country and is the least populated Country in South East Asia, with only 6,500,000 inhabitants are living over Laos. The population in the country is not very dense, and its distribution quite uneven, as the upper regions concentrated 80% of the inhabitants.
There are three main tribes according to their habitat: Lao Loum (Lao from the low land); Lao Theung is the same group Kmou (from the hillside) and Lao Sung is the group Hmong (from the top of the mountains). But each group has their own unique culture and customs and officially 49 ethnic groups
So, I would like to invite to visit my country to learn and experience about Laos, there is a lot of things to see such as histories, cultures and customs.
There is not a modern country and everything still discovered by the nature (green’s country). It covers………. By the forestry and there had divided into three parts in Laos for example: North, Middle and South for each part there has different sounds and dialects
Laos is a country rich in culture and beauty. Many travelers find the tranquility and spirituality of Laos among the highlights of a visit to Southeast Asia. Beautiful temples, stunning scenery and treks through the forest are all lovely memories to take home, along with unique and attractive crafts, but Laos has more much to offer. It is also a country of centuries-old culture-an aspect which few visitors take the time to explore.
Tourism has grown rapidly in recent years, and is a source of both pride and employment for many Lao people. However, the increasing numbers of visitors can also have negative environmental and social consequences and typically this impact upon the poorest of people. The International Finance Corporation’s Mekong Private Sector Development Facility is working in Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam to promote the Development of sustainable or ‘destination friendly’ tourism that is commercially viable, and at the same time creates broader benefits for society and supports conservation of the natural, historic and culture assets on which tourism depends.

Tips travel guide 0599 - Home

Unfamiliar locations, when we are on vacation for instance, seem to be the most likely times when things will start to go wrong. OK, problems occur from time to time but if you can prevent them in the first place, travel can be a less stressful experience where you may end up out of pocket. Situations like this can even escalate and it is not uncommon where people are reluctant to leave their room or even have to spend time in a Police station trying to explain the problem. The most important weapon in your armory to travel safely is your common sense so don't dismiss this invaluable ability if you want to enjoy your vacation.

Trust your instincts if something doesn't feel right, do something about it. If you are heading out on the town to discover new bars or taking photos at the local fish market, do you really need to carry your passport, traveler's checks, extra cash, credit cards and plane tickets? Expensive and necessary items like identification tickets for example should be left at the hotel in their safe or the room safe if you have one; it is much easier to recover your vacation if you only lose a few important belongings instead of all of them. One easy thing to do to protect your money is not carry all of it around at once or leave it in just one location where a thief can steal everything you have quite easily.

Unfortunately, the convenience of having two credit cards on the same account in your own country can be a problem in a foreign land so another travel safely tip is to use two completely separate accounts; this provides a back-up should one be lost or stolen. For some time now, thieves have been perfecting the art of snatching handbags and cameras on straps over the shoulder; but by placing the strap over the head and laying it across the chest, this is much harder to do without cutting the strap. Some of the easiest crimes involve snatch thieves that may actually work in teams; they locate unsuspecting victims who have a bag on their shoulder for instance that can be easily grabbed by a passing cycle or scooter. Criminals love tourists as they are usually considered easy prey and we all underestimate how very proficient they are at relieving people of their personal belongings.

This complacency can cause problems because these people make their living doing this sort of thing but just a little extra vigilance can make it much harder for them to take what does not belong to them. One way to help reduce the chances of things being stolen is by using a back pack with a padlock, this makes it more difficult to get into and therefore acts as a deterrent.
